Upper Mississippi River Flood Control Act This bill establishes additional requirements for the Department of the Army's plan to address water and land resource issues in the Upper Mississippi River Basin, such as by requiring the plan to include (1) determinations as to whether certain projects are eligible for federal funding, and (2) recommendations on funding alternatives through public-private partnerships.

I-14 Expansion and Improvement Act of 2019 This bill expands and designates high priority corridors on the National Highway System. Specifically, the bill * designates the Central Louisiana Corridor and the Central Mississippi Corridor as high priority corridors on the system; * expands Interstate Route I-14 within the Central Texas Corridor, the Central Louisiana Corridor, and the Central Mississippi Corridor.

Medgar and Myrlie Evers Home National Monument Act This bill establishes the Medgar and Myrlie Evers Home National Monument in Jackson, Mississippi, as a unit of the National Park System to preserve, protect, and interpret the home and history of the pivotal role of Medgar and Myrlie Evers in the civil rights movement. The National Park Service shall seek to enter into a cooperative agreement with Tougaloo College in Tougaloo, Mississippi, for interpretive and educational services related to the monument.

This resolution acknowledges the extreme hardship, violence, and maltreatment inflicted on the Potawatomi people by the United States through the forcible removal of the tribe from their homeland east of the Mississippi River. The resolution also recognizes (1) the special legal and political relationship that Indian tribes have with the United States, and (2) the solemn covenant that the Potawatomi people share with the land.

Florida Shores Protection and Fairness Act This bill expands the Gulf of Mexico outer Continental Shelf revenue sharing program to include Florida.(Currently, only Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas are included in the program that shares the revenues from oil and gas leasing on the Gulf of Mexico outer Continental Shelf.) Additionally, the bill extends to June 30, 2027, the moratorium on oil and gas leasing in certain areas of the Gulf of Mexico.
