Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas Water Rights Settlement Act This bill modifies and ratifies the Kickapoo Tribe Water Rights Settlement Agreement entered into by the tribe and Kansas. The bill confirms a consumptive tribal water right in the Delaware River Basin of up to 4,705 acre-feet of water per year. The bill also outlines waivers, releases, and retentions of claims by the tribe and the United States under the settlement agreement.

Quindaro Townsite National Commemorative Site Act This bill designates the Quindaro Townsite in Kansas City, Kansas, which is associated with the the Bleeding Kansas conflict of 1854-1861 and the Underground Railroad, as the Quindaro Townsite National Commemorative Site.

Temporary Judgeship Conversion Act of 2019 This bill converts certain temporary district court judgeships to permanent judgeships in specified judicial districts in Arizona, California, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, and Texas.

Fort Scott National Historic Site Boundary Modification Act This bill allows the Department of the Interior to acquire by purchase the lands and interests in land, together with buildings and improvements, known as Fort Scott in the city of Fort Scott in Bourbon County, Kansas. The proviso that the buildings so acquired shall not include the structure known asLunette Blairis repealed (thereby allowing its acquisition). The boundary of the Fort Scott National Historic Site in Kansas is modified accordingly.

Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site Expansion Act This bill expands the Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site currently located in Topeka, Kansas, to include additional sites in Clarendon County, South Carolina, and establishes as affiliated areas specified sites in Farmville, Virginia; Wilmington and Hockessin, Delaware; and the District of Columbia.

Pike National Historic Trail Study Act This bill requires the National Park Service to study the Pike National Historic Trail for designation as a national scenic trail. The trail consists of a series of routes extending approximately 3,664 miles that follows the route taken by Lt. Zebulon Montgomery Pike during the 1806-1807 Pike expedition that began in Fort Bellefontaine, Missouri, and continued through parts of Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas, before ending in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
