Fire Station Infrastructure Safety Act This bill directs the U.S. Fire Administration to submit to Congress a report regarding the age and condition of fire stations in the United States.

Campus Fire Safety Education Act of2020 This bill directs the Department of Education to award grants to institutions of higher education (IHEs), or consortia of such IHEs that are in collaborative partnerships with nonprofit organizations or public safety departments, for (1) initiating, expanding, or improving fire-safety education programs; and (2) increasing fire-safety awareness among enrolled students.

This resolution expresses support for the establishment of Campus Fire Safety Month. In addition, it encourages schools and municipalities to (1) provide fire safety educational programs to students throughout the school year, and (2) evaluate the level of fire safety being provided in both on- and off-campus student housing and take steps to ensure fire-safe living environments.

High Rise Fire Sprinkler Incentive Act of 2019 This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to classify any automatic fire sprinkler system retrofit property as 15-year property for purposes of accelerated depreciation.

Fire Department Proper Response and Equipment Prioritization Act This bill directs the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to prioritize grants that provide for planning, training, and equipment to firefighters for crude oil-by-rail and ethanol-by-rail derailment and incident response, in making grants to fire departments, nonaffiliated emergency medical services organizations, and state fire training academies.

This resolution designates September 2020 as Campus Fire Safety Month.

This resolution supports efforts to limit fires and prevent the illegal deforestation of the Amazon rainforest.

Crooked River Ranch Fire Protection Act This bill (1) modifies the boundary of the Deschutes Canyon-Steelhead Falls Wilderness Study Area in Oregon to exclude approximately 688 acres of public land; and (2) directs the Department of the Interior to manage such land to improve fire resiliency and forest health, including the conduct of wildfire prevention and response activities.

Fighting for Intelligent, Rational, and Ethical Dismissal Act or the FIRED Act This bill limits the circumstances under which the President may remove the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation—specifically, for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance.

This bill allows the postponement of certain tax deadlines due to significant fires for which assistance is provided under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act.

Fire Police Fairness Act This bill includes additional firefighters within the definition of "public safety officer" for purposes of death, disability, and education benefits under the Public Safety Officers' Benefits Program. Specifically, it includes as a public safety officer a firefighter whose primary duty during an emergency response is to secure the scene or manage traffic.

U.S.-Israel Indirect Fire Protection Act of 2019 This bill authorizes the Department of the Army to procure two Iron Dome batteries by September 30, 2020, to deploy an interim missile defense capability and authorizes funds to carry out the procurement. Iron Dome is an Israeli short-range anti-rocket system.

Prevent Family Fire Act of 2019 This bill allows a new business-related tax credit for 10% of the amount of the first retail sale of a safe firearm storage device. The amount upon which the credit is based may not exceed $400. A "safe firearm storage device" is a device that (1) is designed and marketed to deny unauthorized access to, or rendering inoperable, a firearm or ammunition; and (2) is secured by a combination lock, key lock, or lock based on biometric information. This credit terminates after December 31, 2026.

This resolution supports the goals and ideals of Building Safety Month. The resolution also recognizes the essential service provided by federal, state, and local building departments, fire prevention bureaus, and federal agencies in the protection of lives and property.

Fire Sale Loophole Closing Act This bill imposes restrictions on the transfer of business inventory firearms by a firearms importer, manufacturer, or dealer whose license is revoked or denied. An individual who violates the restrictions is subject to criminal penalties—a fine, prison term of up to one year (or five years if the violation was willful), or both.

Designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1715 Linnerud Drive in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, as the "Fire Captain Cory Barr Post Office Building."

Police and Fire Health Care Protection Act of 2020 This bill revises provisions relating to distributions from the accident or health plans or qualified long-term care insurance contracts of retired public safety officers. Specifically, it eliminates the requirement that in order for plan distributions to be excludible from employee gross income, payment of plan premiums must be made directly to the plan providers.

Designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1715 Linnerud Drive in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, as the "Fire Captain Cory Barr Post Office Building."
