Alerting Local Leaders and Ensuring Responsible Guidelines for Youth Act or the ALLERGY Act This bill requires a local educational agency, in order to receive federal education funding, to establish and implement a policy on unwanted, aggressive behavior by a student toward another student with an allergy (i.e., allergy bullying).

School-Based Allergies and Asthma Management Program Act This bill establishes preferences for grants under the children's asthma treatment program for states that require schools to establish allergy and asthma management programs that include individual action plans for students diagnosed with allergies or asthma.

The Department of Health and Human Services may designate additional food ingredients as major allergens based on the prevalence and severity of allergic reactions through regulation. The Food and Drug Administration must report on specified information regarding food allergies.

Stamp Out Lyme Disease Act This bill directs the U.S. Postal Service to issue a Lyme Disease Research Semipostal Stamp, with all proceeds being transferred to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Coronavirus Vaccine Act This bill directs the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases to conduct or support research to develop a coronavirus vaccine.

Flu Vaccine Act This bill requires the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases to conduct or support research for a universal influenza vaccine.
