A BILL
To address the ineligibility of Ashli Babbitt for military funeral
honors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. INELIGIBILITY OF ASHLI BABBITT FOR MILITARY FUNERAL HONORS.
Ashli Babbitt shall be considered to be ineligible for military
funeral honors under section 985 of title 10, United States Code. Her
illegal actions of participating in the January 6, 2021 insurrection,
including crawling through a broken window of a barricaded door leading
to the House Speaker's Lobby, disqualify her from such honors.
