Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES INVOLVING HUMAN TRAFFICKING. (a) In General.--Chapter 4 of title 9, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in the heading, by striking ``ASSAULT AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT'' and inserting ``ASSAULT, SEXUAL HARASSMENT, AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING''; (2) in section 401-- (A) by redesignating paragraphs (1) through (4) as paragraphs (2) through (5), respectively; and (B) by inserting before paragraph (2), as so redesignated, the following: ``(1) Human trafficking dispute.--The term `human trafficking dispute' means a dispute relating to conduct prohibited by-- ``(A) chapter 77 of title 18; or ``(B) Tribal or State laws prohibiting human trafficking.''; and (3) in section 402(a)-- (A) by striking ``dispute or sexual assault dispute'' and inserting ``dispute, sexual assault dispute, or human trafficking dispute''; and (B) by striking ``dispute or the sexual harassment dispute'' and inserting ``dispute, sexual harassment dispute, or human trafficking dispute''. (b) Technical and Conforming Amendment.--The table of chapters for title 9, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to chapter 4 and inserting the following: ``4. Arbitration of disputes involving sexual assault, 401.''. sexual harassment, and human trafficking. <all>
