Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Innovation in Aging Act''. SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE RESEARCH, DEMONSTRATION, AND EVALUATION CENTER FOR THE AGING NETWORK. There is authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2022 to the Assistant Secretary for Aging such sums as may be necessary for the Research, Demonstration, and Evaluation Center for the Aging Network to carry out the activities of the Center under section 201(g) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3011(g)). <all>
