Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Small Community Transit Improvement Act of 2019''. SEC. 2. APPORTIONMENTS. Section 5336(h)(3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: ``(3) for fiscal year 2020 and each fiscal year thereafter, of amounts not apportioned under paragraphs (1) and (2), 3 percent shall be apportioned to urbanized areas with populations of less than 200,000 in accordance with subsection (i);''. <all>
