Possible Impacts
1. Limits on expenses: The legislation specifies a maximum budget of $10,644,422 for the Committee on House Administration for the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress. This could affect people by potentially limiting the resources and services that the Committee can provide, which may impact their ability to effectively carry out their duties.
2. Session limitations: The legislation also sets limits on how much of the budget can be used during specific periods of time, such as during the first and second years of the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress. This could affect people by potentially causing delays or disruptions in the Committee's work if they are unable to use the full amount of their budget during a certain period.
3. Regulations: The legislation requires that the funds be expended in accordance with regulations set by the Committee on House Administration. This could affect people by potentially imposing certain restrictions or guidelines on how the funds can be used, which may impact the services or resources that the Committee can provide.
