Possible Impacts

1. Limiting the amount of funds available for the Committee on Education and Labor could result in a decrease in resources and support for programs and initiatives related to education and labor issues, potentially impacting students, workers, and organizations that rely on these resources.
2. The session limitations specified in section 2 could affect the timing and availability of resources for the Committee, potentially impacting its ability to address pressing issues or make necessary changes during certain periods.
3. The regulations prescribed by the Committee on House Administration in section 4 could affect the allocation and use of funds, potentially impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of the Committee's work and its ability to address the needs and concerns of the public.
