  To prohibit funds for the Palestinian-controlled West Bank or Gaza.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON FUNDS FOR THE PALESTINIAN-CONTROLLED WEST 
              BANK OR GAZA.

    No Federal funds may be obligated or expended to provide funding or 
any other assistance for the Palestinian-controlled West Bank or Gaza.
