Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Age Discrimination in Employment Parity Act of 2019''. SEC. 2. AMENDMENT. Section 11(b) of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (29 U.S.C. 630(b)) is amended by striking ``twenty'' the 1st place it appears and inserting ``15''. SEC. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act and the amendment made by this Act shall take effect 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act. <all>
